I have had Management One manage a single-family rental for me since 2001. At first, I thought they were a little slow on following up on things; probably due to a small staff, at the time. Over the years Management One has really upped it's game. They now provide first class service for both residents and property owners. Michael is really good on following through on things. Steve is also good on follow up. Management One has made great strides in containing maintenance costs for the property owners, while making sure the residents get their repairs done promptly. Their contractors worked in 100 degree heat to install a replacement air conditioner in my rental property, all at a reasonable cost to me. Over the years, my confidence in Management One has grown to the point where I intend to acquire more properties under Management One coverage. They look after residents and owners equally. They are straightforward in their dealing with all. Management One has a real estate division to assist would-be owners in purchasing their first rental property, or helping existing owners add to their portfolios. Krissia is the one to see! I have had a really bad experience with a different management company in San Diego County. They would collect their commission and offer nothing in return. They wouldn't screen prospective renters properly or inspect the property. Fortunately, I have found the professionalism of Management One to be in sharp contrast to my previous experience. I have supreme confidence in their ability to look after the interests of both property owners and renters. They want to see that,ideally, everyone ends up satisfied. If you are looking for an affordable well-maintained property to rent, go with Management One. If you own or would like to own a property requiring efficient and caring management, go with Management One.

"We have had an AMAZING experience with them. Trisha and Jessica are super friendly, helpful, organized and very very accommodating. Our home had sold and we applied for a beautiful property through Management One. We were qualified for that property but we had issues on our end regarding escrow. Escrow kept being delayed day after day and finally at one point, we had decided to back out of the property because it looked like escrow would never close. Trisha kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and really cared about our situation and both girls were so nice and patient throughout our entire ordeal.
