  I have been looking to lease a home for a few months now. I started dealing with Kristine Alvarez from Management One. First of all, I had no idea that there were so many steps to the process. But Kristine worked with us to ensure the process was easier to maneuver. She was very thorough and patient with all the information and for my many questions.  Verified This week I had an HVAC emergency in 100 degree weather , I was so fortunate to have made contact with Steven,  He went above and beyond to help me including reaching out to departments he doesn't work in to put in work orders and reach out to the contractors himself to make sure my situation was handled with upmost care.. Within the hour I had appts set up and options made available to me in the meantime making sure my well being  was tended to above all.. He took the time to check in almost on an hourly basis until the completion of the project.. Having that level of care and concern is just one of the many reasons that make Management One  an exceptional group of people .   I had my annual property inspection. My inspector, Brendan, was very welcoming. Not only did he do a great job in inspecting my home, he enlighten me on a few things I had no knowledge about ( good things). He was very polite and detailed in what he was doing.
