• 😊 Our Happy Guarantee
  • Sometimes break ups happen for a number of reasons. We have No long term contract should we not see eye to eye and you can cancel at anytime if you’re not satisfied with our services.

• 🗓️ 6-Month Resident Guarantee
  • If a resident needs to be evicted, we’ll replace them free for up to 6 months and PAY for the eviction and attorney fees.

• 📞 Response Guarantee
  • If you call and we don’t respond to you via phone, text or e-mail within 24 business hours or less we will waive that month’s management fee.

• 💵 Our Fee Guarantee
  • If you find a lower fee we will match it and give another 5% off the monthly management fee.

• 👩‍⚖️ Resident Guarantee
  • We will pay for the eviction, attorney, and court costs if the resident defaults for any reason for the life of the resident.
  • Our eviction rate is 1% on the thousands of properties we’ve rented. 200% less than the Industry standard at 3%.

• 🏦 Rent Check Guarantee
  • If we don’t send your rent within 5 business days of receiving it, we will waive our management fee for that month.

  • We will call you each week when your property is up for rent or we will waive our management fee when the property rents.

• 🔧 No Markup on Maintenance Guarantee
  • We not only guarantee that we will never make a markup on general maintenance repairs, but we also have set pricing that our vendors must agree to. This keeps your maintenance costs in check.

• 📸 Inspection Guarantee*
  • We will conduct an exterior inspection every month and take a picture of the front of the property so you can view it on your portal from desktop to smartphones. In addition, we will perform an annual inspection with multiple pictures, or we will waive our management fee that month.
