Ron Sudman is the visionary behind Management One Systems, bringing decades of leadership, innovation, and expertise to the property management industry. Since beginning his property management journey in 1983, Ron recognized an early need for professional property management while working with clients in California’s Inland Empire. What started with the management of a single property quickly evolved into a thriving portfolio of more than 1,000 properties.

Through this growth, Ron developed proven systems, strategies, and processes that today support real estate professionals and property managers across the industry. His commitment to efficiency, accountability, and long-term success has helped shape Management One Systems into a trusted name in property management.

Highly respected among his peers, Ron is also a contributor to the Forbes Council, where he shares insights and thought leadership on key topics impacting property management and the real estate and property management industry.

Cheri is a Real Estate Broker and the President of Management One that was originated in 1983. Cheri has experience in all facets of property management. She is the co-founder of Management One and helped build the organization from the ground up, her experience comes from working in every position in the company. Cheri’s expertise in training and customer service has greatly enhanced the level of client satisfaction at Management One. Today Cheri oversees finance and administration for the company.

Hello, my name is Krissia Peña with First Choice Investments, proudly serving the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. With over 10 years of real estate experience, I specialize in Riverside, Corona, Fontana, Moreno Valley, and nearby communities.

I am also excited to step into my new role as General Manager at Management One Property Management, where I look forward to working with our amazing team to grow the company and continue delivering outstanding customer service. Together, First Choice Investments and Management One provide investors with the knowledge and support they need for smart, successful real estate decisions.

Tyler Sudman was born into a real estate and property management family with over 40 years of experience, so it was only natural for Tyler to pursue a career in the industry. He builds his relationships with his high energy and enthusiastic personality. A firm believer that relationships are the core of any business, Tyler strives to earn the respect, trust, and loyalty of every client.

He says: “I was always taught by my parents that ‘TRY’ is a failure word. Implementing that mindset into my business as well as my life, it has been a tremendous help and reminder to myself that I will not try, I will DO everything in my power to get the job done to make my clients beyond satisfied and exceed their expectations.”

Away from Real Estate, Tyler enjoys being with family, going to the beach with friends and working out.

Steve joined Management One in 2015 as a property inspector. Steve has conducted countless inspections, completed hundreds of rehabs, and issued thousands of work orders over the years. When Steve is not conducting inspections, he can be found ghost hunting and spending time with his granddaughter.

Stephen or Lee (as teammates call him), joined Management One in 2023. With over two decades of experience owning diverse multi-unit businesses, Stephen brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role. Stephen holds a robust educational background, including a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree. When not inspecting properties, he invests his free time in his three boys, actively participating in their baseball, golf, and basketball activities, alongside enjoying precious moments with his wife. Stephen’s extensive background and commitment to family make him a one-of-a-kind part of the team.

Santiago recently joined our team in 2024, bringing 13 years of experience across various industries, including roles in accounting and marketing. With a degree in Business Administration, he adds valuable expertise to our organization. Outside of work, Santiago enjoys swimming and is passionate about sports like soccer, tennis, and table tennis. In his spare time, he loves to sing and play guitar, blending his creative talents with his professional skill set to enrich both his personal and work life.

In 2024, Ian joined the Management One team. With over two decades of combined expertise in the Restaurant Industry, Pharmaceutical Sales, and Customer Service, Ian brings a new flavor to the team. This father and grandad, outside the professional realm – find joy in basketball and the freedom of riding motorcycles. In his spare time, he either stays productive with chores or indulges movie-watching.

Kristan joined Management One in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative and has since built a well-rounded career by contributing to every department within the company. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of operations make her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients we serve. Outside of work, Kristan enjoys spending quality time with her family and nurturing her passion for gardening.

Kristine boasts a multifaceted professional background that spans Customer Service, Online Telemarketing, B2B campaigns, and various Administrative Tasks. She recently joined Management One in 2023, anchoring on versatility and a resilient mindset. Apart from her professional commitments, those who observe her will surely find her engrossed in baking and savoring various movies during her leisure hours. Firmly believing in the adage “If opportunities don’t knock, build a door,” Kristine approaches life and her career with a proactive and triumphant mindset.

Meet Joe, our vibrant Leasing Consultant! He became a part of the Management One team in 2024. Joe previously worked as a customer service representative in the financial sector. His optimism and joyful personality light up every room he enters. He loves singing, dancing, and drawing, and in his spare time, he enjoys surfing the net and spending quality moments with family and friends. He believes, “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and the way you make others feel is your trademark.”

With over 20 years of combined experience in the Food Service Industry, Rusian is well-versed in Operations and Customer Service. Rusian is a proud mom who finds joy in music and dancing. She is also an arts and crafts enthusiast. Guided by the mantra “Everything happens for a Reason” and “Got to Try in order to Fly!,” she lives life with purpose and embraces new experiences.

Joseph joined Management One in 2024, bringing a diverse background in property construction and management, sales and marketing, and data analysis consulting.

Passionate about learning new skills, Joseph enjoys hiking, listening to music, watching movies, and traveling in his free time. A chess enthusiast, he also values quality time with loved ones. His favorite quote by Zig Ziglar, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want,” reflects his approach to both work and life.

Connie joined Management One in 2022 and bringing in 15 years of experience in providing customer support. She worked as a Financial Analyst and Customer Service Representative. When not working, Connie spends her time with her family and two furbabies. She also loves to do unexpected road trips.

Connie strongly believes in Steve Jobs’ saying that “great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”

Brendan is a USMC Infantry Veteran with a background in hospitality and customer service, as well as experience as a contractor in the carpentry field, performing historic renovation in Downtown Savannah, Georgia. Joining the team in 2025, he serves as a Property Inspector in the Moreno Valley, Perris, Temecula, and Riverside areas.

When not at the office, he can be found working in beautiful Temecula Wine Country.

Sarah is our newest addition in the accounting department, having joined us in 2026, contributing experience in customer service, logistics, accounting, and schedule coordinating to the already well-rounded team here at Management One. She provides another avenue for meticulous, helpful service to our clients and enjoys staying busy by offering assistance to her teammates wherever she can.

In her free time, you can find her either reading or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
