A little history about National Employee Day…it was created in 1995 by Bob Nelson, a founding Recognition Professional International board member, together with his publishing company, Workman Publishing.
In honor of this day, Management One would like to recognize our wonderful staff. Without these wonderful individuals, our phones would not be answered, customers would not be serviced, and our doors wouldn’t be open for the last 35 years.
If you have ever called our office or walked through our doors, more than likely you have talked with Jessica. She is the one that greets you with a smile and directs your calls to the proper department. She is the virtual GateKeeper. Jessica joined our Management One family three years ago and we are so glad she did.
Looking for a home? Trisha is your gal. She joined the Management One family six years ago and is the expert on all things leasing. Need a certain school district, no problem. Need easy access to the freeway, no problem she has you covered. Trisha loves to decorate for each Holiday and shares that in our office.
Have a maintenance concern in Moreno Valley or Perris? Steve is happy to help. Steve joined Management One nearly 5 years ago. Steve brings over 10 years of experience of maintenance and inspections to the position. When not issuing work orders or conducting inspections, you can find Steve creating blogs and websites.
Have a maintenance concern in Riverside or Corona? Ken will gladly help you out. Ken is no stranger to property management or property maintenance bringing nearly 30-years of knowledge to the company. On his off days, Ken can be found at his second home…the beautiful So. Cal beaches on his surfboard.
Whether you have an accounting question or a baking question, Iesha will be happy to help. Iesha heads up our accounting department, bringing in over 10 years of experience and passion to this position. Not only is she the “chick that cuts the checks”, but she also bakes some amazing custom cakes!
General, everyday questions? Talk to Carlos, he has answers to all questions and if he doesn’t have the answer then he will find the answer. Carlos loves customer service and it shows in his follow-up. When Carlos is not answering questions, you can find him being a daddy to his 1-month-old baby girl and cooking!
Questions regarding property management? Kimberly is your go-to-gal. Kimberly heads up our Business Development department. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent with nearly 10 years in the industry. She brings her outgoing personality and care to the position. When she is not working, more than likely you will find her cheering on her kiddos at their sporting events and cheering on the Anaheim Ducks.
The fearless leader of the team? Meet Conrad. Conrad Noah, having prior business management experience, began a career in Real Estate in 2004. Conrad joined Management One in the later part of 2007. During his tenure with Management One, Conrad has worked every position in the company and uses his knowledge and expertise to lead the staff. When Conrad isn't working he enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, and growing a fruitful garden.
Behind the scene’s we are fortunate enough to have Kristan as a consultant assisting with marketing and other details in the company. She has been associated with us for 14 years and brings a wealth of knowledge. She is now enjoying building memories in her new home with her family as well as experiencing living in the snow.
As you can see, we have a FANTASTIC team! We appreciate each and every one of them!
