Software: Our “M1” software
Management One’s property management software was developed “in-house” and built from the ground up to work with all the facets of our existing business systems. It gives us a distinct advantage unique to Management One and its licensees. Because it is our proprietary system, we can respond quickly to any changing need we encounter.
With built in video training modules and online “tutoring” quick start aids, it has proven to be an easy program to learn and a time saving helper to all who use it. Our goal is to continuously move toward a “paperless” business model and our M1 software program is instrumental in advancing that goal. Whether its processing payments, filing property inspections, or sending bills, we are commited to facilitating each and every step using the most advanced technology available.

Management One has been continually perfecting its property management systems for 30 years, resulting in the decision to share those successes through franchising its strategies and methodologies. Having managed over 10,000 different residential properties during this period, we have seen and dealt with almost every situation imaginable. We have spent the last 10 years fine tuning our system with both our original property management company as well as our current licensees.
We have a time tested and cost effective marketing system which includes ad campaigns that enable us to attract new consumer customers to our franchisees. The system utilizes step by step, detailed campaigns on target markets for Landlords and Residents. Additionally, we have developed materials and strategies to attract both Area Developers, Master Franchisors and Franchisees.
