Single Family Home Retirement Strategy (SFHRS)

This is one our most popular and helpful programs for you as an investor.  As the investor,  you control everything but do none of the work. This is a true retirement program. Unlike your retirement funds in a mutual fund or 401k where you rely on fund managers to make decisions, with our program you are in persoanl control of 100% of your portfolio.  Therefore, you choose and you control what assets will be there when it’s time to retire, not like  many other retirement programs which have been hard hit recently and the owners have had no control over those losses.

Q. Should I buy and flip properties or buy and hold?

A. This will depend on a number of factors such as your income, assets and liabilities, your age, and your financial goals and objectives. The second answer to this question is that, in some cases, you can do both. Just like in stock investing where you can own both “conservative” stocks and more agressive higher return stocks, you can essentially do the same with your real estate investment strategies.

Q. So how do you determine this?

A.  Once we sit down with you and review all your financial data, we will set out up different strategies. You can then do as much as you want or as little as you want.

Q. Is this just a one time consulting service ?

A. No, each year we have you come into our offices and set out your stratgey for the next year and update your portfolio.

Q. How many consulting sessions does it take, and what does the Real Estate Investment  Counseling cost?

A. It takes about 3 hours in two separate appointments at our office and there is no charge for your first two consultation sessions and to set out your first investment strategies. If you decide, like most people, to continue with the annual consultation services, a moderate fee for ongoing consulting will apply, which will be determined at that time.  

Q. So how do you make your money then?

A. Great question! When you use us to help you purchase a property for your portfolio, we are paid a commission from the seller of that property and we receive an ongoing management fee for managing your property. Therefore, as long as you represent the buyer you never pay us anything except a moderate annual fee.
